华东师范大学教育技术学博士生导师、网络教育学院院长、教育信息化系统工程研究中心主任，兼任教育部教育信息化技术标准委员会主任、全国信息技术标准化委员会专家委员、教育部高等院校教育技术学专业教学指导委员会副主任、教育部全国教师教育课程资源专家委员会委员、全国教育科学规划领导小组成员、北京市教育信息化专家委员会副主任、上海市信息化专家委员会委员、UNESCO-APEID ECNU联系中心副主任与首席专家以及五家国际学刊编委等职。
