Theme: Learning Outcomes – Impact On Next Generation Learners
The forum is intended to focus on the use of information technology to enhance effective learning for future generations of learners and on the means to assess the impact that this will have on student learning outcome. The scope of the conference includes (but not limited to) the following topics:
- Curriculum reform
- Evidence collection of student learning
- Influence of outcomes on instructional changes
- Innovative teaching and learning
- Interventions based on learning analytics
- Outcomes assessment for quality assurance
- Outcomes assessment in learning management systems
- Technical or infrastructural support to facilitate outcomes implementation/achievement
Feel free to offer topics to share about current practices and user experiences of your elearning strategies, projects and innovations.
Guidelines
- Proposals may be submitted by individuals or by groups of presenters. Presentations that are aligned to the conference theme and topic areas will be grouped into tracks.
- All accepted presenters must register to attend the forum.
- The duration for each presentation will be 30 minutes (25-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute question & answer session).
- Deadline for submission: 11th March 2013.
- The program committee will review your proposal and selected speakers will be informed on or before 8th April 2013.
- The committee also reserve the right to edit your proposal for content clarity for publication purposes.
- Abstracts can be submitted on line in text format (you can copy and paste your abstract onto the text box provided in to the paper submission system). Maximum no. of words is 250 in English.
- Complimentary registration will be offered to authors whose papers are accepted by the Organising Committee.

- 可以以個人或小組的名義提交論文摘要。要求論文摘要和切合大會主題。
- 所有講者必須註冊登記參加會議。
- 論文摘要經錄用後，需有一位作者參加大會並做演講，每位演講者的演講時間為30 分鐘（演講25 分鐘，最後5分鐘為答問環節）。
- 提交論文摘要的截止日期：2013 年 3 月 11 日。
- 閣下的論文摘要將由大會的專家委員會審閱。錄用者將於2013 年 4 月 8 日前通過郵件了解錄用結果。
- 大會委員會有權對閣下的論文摘要進行編輯以便有關內容在大會資料的呈現上更清晰而具體。
- 論文摘要，必須以英文撰寫，250 字為上限，並在線上系統以文字格式投稿。 (可以「複製/貼上」的方式將有關論文內容置於線上系統的文字方格內。)
